Bio:

Chen is part of the Investment Management team of Aqua-Spark. She co-founded Mana Impact in 2017, which is an impact investment company in Asia. Prior to that, she worked in country risk and credit risk at JPMorgan where she gained experience in leveraged finance. She also worked in equity research at CICC and fixed income research at Morgan Stanley. She holds an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and she is a CFA Charterholder. In her free time, Chen enjoys practising yoga and she dives from time to time. She believes that sustainable business development should seek harmony with nature and the good for the society surrounding it.
